Q1 : What is shareware?

       the User ID and Key and you can use it without limitation.

Q2 : I have paid for the product and get my User ID and Key. But I did not get my product. Where
       can I get my product?

A2 : You can download it from this webpage http://www.avfsoft.com . Click the "Try" button
       besides the product description. Then follow the instruction, install the software.

Q3 : Where should I key in the User name and Key?

A3 : You can click the "Register" mark and enter your User name and Key there.

Q4 : I have tried many times but can not register successfully.

A4 : When you enter your KEY and User ID please pay more attention to the small letter and
       Capital letter and add no space .We suggest you to key in but not copy and paste.
